** Executive Officer Are you an ‘all rounder’ at administration, governance, finance and community development?  Maldon District Community Bank is excited to recruit an Executive Officer (EO) to manage and implement the affairs of the company and support the board. The EO is integral to realising the company vision to create thriving, sustainable and connected communities. The EO is responsible for overseeing marketing, community investments and partnerships, upholding a professional company profile. The role encompasses the Company Secretary duties, undertaking the administrative functions of the company and ensuring legal compliance.

Direct Reports: Communications Officer and Community Partnerships Lead

The EO role requires someone with following attributes: community passion, eagle eye for detail, organised, proactive, systemic thinker, relationship builder, accountability and sound judgement.

**Community Partnership LeadDo you have experience in community engagement and program co-ordination? Maldon & District Community Bank is excited to recruit a Community Partnerships Lead, reporting to the Executive Officer and collaborating with the Communications Officer. The role is responsible to deliver our community giving, including partnerships and programs. The position will maintain a professional community profile and build relationships for our communities to be thriving, sustainable and connected.

The role seeks personal attributes of community passion, planning and organisational skills, strong communication, relationship building, interpersonal skills, accountability and sound decision making.
